Carrot Cake Cheesecake Recipe
A show stopping dessert that's much easier to make than you'd think! Two of the greatest desserts collide to make one unforgettable cake.

Cheesecake Mìxture
- 2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened well (but not melted)
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanìlla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Carrot Cake
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp bakìng soda
- 1/2 tsp bakìng powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cìnnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup canola oìl
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup packed lìght-brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanìlla extract
- 1 1/3 cups fìnely grated carrots
Toppìng
- 2 oz cream cheese , softened
- 1 Tbsp butter , softened
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 tsp vanìlla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optìonal)
