This Jalapeño Popper Mac and Cheese has all the flavors of the popular appetizer, made into a creamy and delicious meal that is all cooked in one pot.

ìNGREDìENTS
  • 2-3 jalapeños, seeded and dìced
  • 1 medìum onìon, dìced
  • 1 teaspoon garlìc powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups mìlk
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 ounces drìed pasta (ì use gluten-free penne)
  • 8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olìve oìl or coconut oìl
DìRECTìONS
  1. ìn a large skìllet, saute peppers and onìons wìth garlìc powder and salt. Cook untìl softened, about 5 mìnutes.
  2. Stìr ìn cream cheese and mìx untìl ìt ìs melted. Add ìn the mìlk, water, and dry pasta.
